If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, 7u77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account, and the procedure for settling the balance will be communicated separately.
Account Security
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must inform 7u77 support immediately. If your login details are obtained by a third party, 7u77 will not be held responsible for any resulting loss.
Account Closure
A user may request voluntary closure of their account at any time through support. 7u77 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Opening an account with false information.
- Misuse of bonus terms.
- Irregularities or manipulation in financial transactions.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Terms
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 7u77: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits through any method other than these three are not accepted.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
- Failing to use the correct reference number at the time of deposit may cause delays in processing the transaction.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw earnings, you must use the same payment method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The withdrawal terms are as follows:

7u77 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if verification is pending. Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled.
Welcome Bonus & Wagering
The 7u77 welcome bonus applies up to 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus terms:
- Bonus calculation: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
- Maximum bonus example: depositing ৳34,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳54,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined.
- Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing.
- The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.
- Only games designated by 7u77 are eligible for the bonus.
- If misuse or manipulation of the bonus is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
7u77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any change takes effect.
VIP Program & Fair Play
VIP Tiers & Benefits
The 7u77 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
A player moves up to higher tiers gradually based on their gaming activity. The cashback amounts and benefits are determined by 7u77 and are subject to change.
Prohibited Activities & Fair Play
7u77 ensures a fair and balanced environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
- Exploiting the bonus system through manipulation (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
- Gaining an advantage by opening multiple accounts.
- Playing against each other through third-party arrangements or agreements.
- Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
If such activities are detected, the account will be suspended and action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

- Due to uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
- Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
If 7u77's liability is established for any reason, the maximum liability shall be equal to the balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

Even if any part of this document is deemed invalid, the remaining parts shall remain valid and in effect. Failure by 7u77 to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that term.
